Repeat ..Some people need to take reading comp 101. We are NOT and never have been under reassignment or change request. We had a development. We are currently in the 45-80 day application time. Most applications have a development and most are approved in several days up to a couple of weeks. I do not understand the lack of reading comprehension skills. My ESL students in Kazakhstan would have picked this up very easily.

Reassignments / Change Requests: 45 - 90 calendar days from receipt
90% of applications will be processed within 45 calendar days
