when NR (non retail) started their BS to make CTIX (IPIX) a *trading* stock it was 9/2012 and the PPS was approx 70c .. the handoff from the last significant PPS take up (12/14) was just a smidge below $5.00 .. the subsequent take down took years and some might remember that 70c range was again popular just a few years back .. before *volume injection* off the charts of Sept 2018 to Dec 2018 and a relentless PPS take down from approx 53c to 7c (12/31/18) .. NR is used to controlling outcomes on any target .. C-19 wasn't on NRs' algos' list of possibilities re: IPIX
i'm watching for a *volume* day of 32M to 64M to see what that round takes IPIX's PPS to
IPIX currently as of this post ..
NR = just a few probs

Not going to feel sorry for those that set a limit order in this resistance zone .40's - .695 and forgot about IPIX all together. They haven't been paying attention.
