I wanted to add my perspective too. I have many friends that are positive and dealing with the daily cocktails and associated effects. I think the biggest advantage is being able to not have the side effects that HAART and PREP causes. The treatments today were a long time coming so I think one of the furst hurdles is creating a trust with patients that Leronlimab will work and not give them the side effects that many have had to deal with every day. Once patients understand that the safety profile is so much better with Leron, I think they will flock to start using it. My doc was well aware of Leron and couldn't wait for approval to begin using it.. It simplifies lives. I really didn't realize that a patient has to take the cocktail at the same time every day. Just being free between injections is enough to win many over.

This is a game changer in the HIV community with both treatment and quality of life.
