Greene Concepts Enters Into $16.5 Million Purchase Agreement by Sunflower Consulting Group for Happy Mellow Immune Support Formulated Beverages

Marion, North Carolina--(Newsfile Corp. - June 17, 2020) - Greene Concepts Inc. (OTC Pink: INKW) is pleased to report the Company has received a $16.5 million letter of understanding agreement from Sunflower Consulting Group (SCG) for its Happy Mellow immune support formulated CBD water beverage, the brand of which was revealed during the June 4, 2020 press release. Through this letter of understanding agreement, SCG has agreed to the purchase and sell to retailers up to 1.5 million cases of Happy Mellow Immune Support bottled beverage at a target price of $11.00 per case valued at $16.5 million. The $16.5 million agreement is in addition to the previously disclosed $14 million sales purchase agreement with SCG of the company's BE WATERTM beverage line.
Harold Wingert, founder and President of SCG, states, "Bottled water is presently in high demand and I am thrilled to help Greene Concepts meet a consumer need and grow as a company. My company is committed to selling 1.5 million cases of Happy Mellow Immune Support beverage products in addition to the previously announced two million cases BE WATERTM.
