Who says we do not have a test plant , we do and

I think you are letting the taxes get to you. A little on the cranky side. Remember breathe deep, in through the nose, out through the mouth. O' couse it is going to be a interesting summer just like Mark keeps saying. We are going to watch as Lynas and MP get money to build there pilot plants to show DOD what they can do. You will rant a little about that and rest of us shake our heads and advice calm and waiting. So before that happens I would like to remind you of this. You remember that link that I posted a few weeks back about Rapid SX? You might what to look it up again to check this out.
Ucore's partner has already received phase one and two money! The one thing DOD hates it paying twice for the same thing. My guess it that Ucore never even applied for the DOD grants. That would be asking twice.
Development of Rapid SX was paid for by a DOD grant(Phase one). They are building a commercial demonstration plant due to be completed the last quarter of 2020(Phase two).
Ucore's PR said that the REE concentrate that Ucore is planning to use is be tested in the partner's pilot plant. At no time has Ucore said that they going to build a Rapid SX plant! More than likely, Ucore was going to hire the separation out. At no time did Ucore say that the consentrate was going to be from Bokan. Check it out Pip.
The Ucore is managing the REE separation. They buy the concentrate and hire out the separation, then pass it on to the magnet maker.
Rich man school, My grandfather died when I was eleven and I got to see up front and personal the kids fighting over the estate. At sixteen I got a letter from my grandfather lawyer. I had a Kansas trust fund. Why me I do not have a clue. Grandpa was weird. A Kansas trust fund is a two and a half gallen cream can buried in a cow pasture. It was fulled with old coins and bills and 13 ounces of gold nuggets that grandpa did not turn in to the us government in 1934. Also 10K in new bills marked with the year of my birth. The year before grandpa was hurt and dad finished most of the planting. The May that I was born, grandpa had a bumper crop. Just over 40% more than normal. To get the starting point to find the can I had to go to Rich Man School.
Taught by a friend of my grandpa, Mr Crab. No that i not his real name. I could never say or spell his name but it meant crab. So he was to me Mr. Crab. I learned about banking and accounts and other stuff that I have used over the course of my life. But to be honest I was thinking more of a long hair blonde with a very firm d-cup that love to play virgin games than account management.
Lessons: hey , Pip how many of these have you heard about, buy low, sell high, repeat. Only problem you have to be right 75% of the time to make this work. I was never that good. Dollar cost averaging, Works but only went you buy the same stock for 20 plus years. I have tried a lot of things. Mr Crab taught me well but not what to invest in. That I learn in the ninties.
If you buy a stock think long term hold, like forever. Let your kids sell it when you die.
Buy choke point stocks like Visa, Microsoft, Tesla, Costco, Ucore.???
Have to drive the wife to Costco to look at the flowers baskets. Don't ask, we each have our own cross to bare.
Have a great weekend.
