From what I read on blockchain cases, at some point a client requests a POC design.
My guess is that after that is completed and accepted there would be some funding to complete the alpha and beta testing. Just guessing, but a company isn't going to do final development without financial commitment from clients. Squires has been in that situation before so would know how to deal with it, IMO.
I agree it's most important to get the products to market ASAP but also important to have a complete clinical beta test they can submit.
