to me this is fairly easy to understand. Nobody that does not follow GNBT as close as we, participants on this message board, would ever bother to look for our even read such 8k-filings, especially not as long as GNBT is not emphasizing them via PRs, which they don't do, for wherever reason, quiet period?? So these 8ks run entirely under the radar of most general investors, which is why they don't have the effect that you are missing.
Everyone in the know, as we are, have already loaded up their boats with GNBT shares and are waiting for the Big News, that those 8k-filings may give a hint of, to hit the public.
