It looks like those buyers were trying to buy large volumes of shares in a very quiet manner - in order to keep the PPS down. We all can be sure that they would rather be buying at $.0001 or $.0002, but, are not hesitating to buy at $.0003 and $.0004 - AND, even some at $.0005.
