As of May 20, 2020, there were 90,091,485 shares of common stock outstanding and no preferred stock is outstanding. As of May 20, 2020, there were approximately 347 holders of record of our common stock.
Not sure why one states 79.8 million, the other states 90 million....a diff of 10 million
