Just spoke to Steve.. He called me.
Fins will be out today. Significant drop in sales, but will show a profit for the last quarter.....not a loss.
Lawyer working on letter.
Some deals are in the works, but he could not elaborate, due to insider information. He said, "let's close one, and others will follow".
