To me it is more and more "telling" that there is no PR von GNBT for more than 3 weeks now. Typically, when they pre-announce a CC, they usually follow up on that pre-announcement much quicker, right!?
What does it tell me?
It tells me that GNBT is not allowed to communicate with us via the usual communication channels, ie. PRs and CCs. And my only explanation for that is that BARDA is forcing GNBT to keep quiet for as long as the funding application is running.
Now that in turn - at least to me - very clearly answers the questions whether or not the BARDA application is still running. To me the answer is a "DEFINITE YES!!" and they (BARDA) might just be waiting with their decision for the next milestone - the (successful) lab testing of the vaccine candidates and selection of the best candidates - is reached. Once that is demonstrated, they will approve the application.
For as long as that application is going on, they communicate to us via 8k ???
Even though that seems plausible, I am not 100% sure what the real message is, that they want to get through to us. But on the other hand, I am not sure whether they HAVE TO file 8ks for each of these letters!? Do they? I don't think so! So why are they doing it then? What hidden message do these letters contain?
