One of the things Judith Hammerschmidt and McKinley talked about that really resonated with me is back in the day many distributors would make outrageous claims about a company's products. Alot of it wasn't so much that they were trying to be outlandish, it was that they didn't know what they could say or how to say it to get people to buy the product. So they would make their own stuff up. Cures cancer, prevents botulism, makes you lunch...
So now, with the app, Verb's customers are able to provide company approved material that their sales associates can distribute that does not go beyond the bounds of not only legitimacy, but legality as well. Compliance problem solved!
Verb will also soon provide compliance training that customers can mandate their sales associates watch, that tells them how to stay within the bounds of not only what the company wants, but what the law requires. And, they can monitor to see who has watched it. Compliance problem solved!
Lastly, it sounds like all of this will be done within the app. No need to hire out expensive consultants with canned compliance training that never really fits the bill for that company. Compliance training geared directly towards the Direct Sales industry all accessible and monitor-able through the app via the company's managed content. Compliance problem solved!
