Also, in relistening to the call I believe the thing that Mr. Mulholland "has up his sleeve" is a cashless warrant excercise.
Which would enable investors with warrants to excercise and inject capital into the company without forking over additional funds to do so. I have not verified, but there may also be a tax benefit to this since no sale occurs.
