Remember this Accredited Investors have a Huge incentive for investing
in the LUX FUNDS and PHIL projects because they get HUGE TAX
breaks going this route u cant get almost anywhere else.
Think about all the Business people and Groups Henry has been
in contact with the past 2+ years about these PHIL projects.
They have been hesitant to invest with PHIL up to this point.
BUT Now that we have the OFFICIAL ACTIVATION of the LUX FUNDS
its only logical MANY of these people and groups will be putting
their FUNDS into the LUX FUNDS in the days and weeks ahead.
IMO the real explosion in PHIL stock price will happen #1 when
PHIL has all its filings complete and back to current staus hopefully
by JULY sometime and then #2 when LUX FUNDS reach a certain
amount FUNDED Henry will officially announce MONIES be
released from the LUX FUNDS for certain projects and BOOM
to the MOON ALICE PHIL stock price will go !!
