I just don't understand why these kinds of circums

I just don't understand why these kinds of circumstances have to take so long when everything is already finalized. Dalton shouldn't have to go through any more red tape or hoops, and we should be trading at dollars already by now. I just hope nothing more has to be done on his end, mikey. He's dotted all of the i's and crossed all of the t's it certainly seems.
