Been on the golf course. You guys should try it. Helps to beat up on little balls that can't hit back. Although I did hit a tree once and the ricochet almost got me.
The Form 10 was effective at the end of the 60th day once it was filed. Can't file a S1 unless the Form 10 is updated with new numbers. It is a public company. The question is: when will it trade?
