Also of interest, it looks like they passed ~$37MM of the NOL thru to NGIO. So the first $37MM of profit will be tax free... depending on what the time frame is, since they probably have an annual max they can utilize...
All very exciting. The wheels are still turning. I just hope we get to look at those wheels some time soon...
