It comes down to the Police unions. They force departments to keep the bad cops hired on and the bad cops can just move to another department.
Minneapolis is having that problem trying to get ride of the Union now .
It is kinda of funny Minneapolis has gone through 3 maybe 4 Police Chef's
over bad cops and shootings and only now it comes out about the Unions.
I think they Police Union should held accountable Too
