$PBIO What is PBI’s play? UST. As mentioned in several previous releases, UST can be used to “rejuvenate” the SSL products…which one might guess could help them get back to the better revenue numbers SSL enjoyed just a few years ago.
When the mergers close, there will be a holding company (Availa Bio) with three independent but synergistic divisions: PBI, Cannaworx, and Dr. Denese SkinScience. Availa will own 31 patents, have hundreds of corporate and thousands of retail customers, and several hundred products on the market already generating revenue: SkinScience did $18M in 2019 revenue, PBI did about $2M, and Cannaworx had no products on the market in 2019.
Availa Bio just announced a new initial $3.5M order and one might imagine what else is possible, PBI just announced a new $2.4M order, and Cannaworx just announced that it will start selling product in mid-July.
Availa Bio will be run by ex-President of L’Oreal Jim Morrison, known as one of the top brand strategists in the personal care space worldwide. Imagine the Possibilities!
