Facebook Update: "SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES: I am r
Post# of 919
I am receiving a lot of emails requesting management to explain and possibly clarify certain “up listing” initiatives that are being developed and pursued by the management of this company. Now, as it usually happens, there are a lot of ignorance and in some cases misleading information that is being posted, disseminated, and argued about on all the forums and boards.
So, here I will attempt to share actual information that can be found on OTC Markets website, as well as easily searched on all the major search engines and financial services platforms ( I also used Yahoo Finance for this study).
First, here are the actual bullet points to qualify for OTCQB (or Bulletin Board).
Company Benefits on OTCQB
• Minimum bid price test of $0.01 removes companies that are most likely to be the subject of dilutive stock fraud schemes and promotion
• Improved investor confidence through verified information, confirming that the Company Profile displayed on www.otcmarkets.com is current and complete
• Annual management certification process to verify officers, directors, controlling shareholders, and shares outstanding
• Greater information availability for investors through the OTC Disclosure &
News Service
• Transparent prices for investors through full-depth of book with Real Time Level 2 quotes
(This was directly copied from OTC Markets web portal)
Now, currently, the management and the company IS qualified to fit that criteria, and therefore, we believe that we would be able to “move up”. The only criteria that we do not qualify (just yet) is the share price which has to hold at $ 0.01 (One Cent). Now, this is a VERY fluid criteria, and the management has no control over the trading PPS and/or volume.
So, what gives us, the Officers, Directors, management, and Investors/shareholders the confidence that once we file for the “up-listing”, we can get to the $ 0.01 (one cent) level?
Well, as we say in disclosures: “While past performance may not guarantee future results!” We, however, can use certain examples of both past AND present trading performance, with a company that I and several others have financial interests as well as being officers, directors and/or part of management.
And for this example, I use the past, present, and possibly future performance for AURI Inc, (OTCPK: AURI).
A simple review can show that like this ticker, AURI was in the triple zeros. If you examine the charts, in Nov 2018 it was at approximately $0.0003. Then It peaked at October 2019 at $ 0.0280 (two cents plus). This was an approximate change of 1736.73 %! And the company has maintained over and/or around 1 cent position for well over a year while still staying at OTCPK (Pink) trading level. (And the company is just NOW filing for the OTCQB up-listing)
Here are the charts for example: (see photo charts)
Therefore the management believes, that with the current “vote of confidence” and a tremendous following that this ticker currently has, our shareholders WILL rally and support this ticker as they did for AURI.
So, In closing. I am just trying to clear up all the “misleading” “fog” and speculations that are being pushed by people who are both, ignorant AND attempting to harm the company and its investors/shareholders. These are, and were factual documentations and I encourage everyone to study the charts and see for yourself?
However, IF you, the shareholders, really want to SEE where things COULD possibly go, and have a huge laugh in the process…..(way more than just LOL!!!) Then take a look at This chart, AURI between 2004-2007. (see photo charts)
………. Yes, PPS peaked at $ 3,475.00 …..and even at its LOWEST trade, @ $ 35.00 per share….. well, we can only hope and dream. (And NO! this was not photoshopped, just look up Yahoo Finance real time charts!)
Stay Tuned, I believe that we have a great future here!
