Boy O'Boy sure having a row on the other board over the patent. From what I've seen on (company) patents, it is typical to list the inventors (in this case) BB, Faro, Rogers. When the patent is granted, the inventors are still listed, BUT, the company, In this case Nanologix is listed as the ASSIGNEE. Which makes the patent owned by the company.
Example: Bob Smith(made up name) (who is a scientist for 3M) invents a new super glue. Bob Smith will probably be listed as the inventor or co-inventor if there were other working on it. BUT the ASSIGNEE would be 3M, making 3M, the owner of the patent.
