I wonder what "carelessly" will be defined as, because that is pretty darn broad and open to interpretation. Marching in protest without a mask? Going to the grocery store more than 2x per week? And what if you didn't know you had it and spread it...were you careless for not getting a test to find out if you had it or not? Good luck with that one...
