I remain extremely skeptical of a hard-money executed financing deal. If we had one that close, would we have asked to authorize another 100M shares? Don't think so. We've traveled this road before with "multiple licensing opportunities" and "non-binding term sheets" many times, and I simply won't believe it until it happens. Sure we could have a NASH licensing deal, but it's unlikely and it won't have significant upfront money, and by significant I mean enough to fund these cancer trials and keep the lights on for the rest of the year until HIV combo is not only approved, but up and running in terms of generating enough revenue to sustain. One of these days, I suppose they'll close a deal, but no sense getting expectations up every month only to be let down.
