See alot of FLOAT talk happening well i have dug into this a while ago and did again just now and the last SEC filing shows 181million on Sept 30 2010 》》
Now the stock became unregistered on Nov 22 2010 and right before that there were notes issued which showed 100million shares see pic》》
Ok so that gets us to 281mill which is what a few have posted as float after the dilutive notes right?
Now that all happened between 2010 and and 2011 and why Dalton unreg the stock but I bet not many have seen this》》

MY OPINION IS BUYBACK COULD HAVE HAPPENED EVEN RECENTLY OR OVER YEARS AND FLOAT IS SMALL AND BROKERS COULD HAVE SOLD SHORT SHARES!
