Well, that’s another new one for me. Anyone seen that before?
It looks like it could be a pretty benign filing with a rather ominous and presumably required boiler-plate warning. Maybe this is some housekeeping for one of the “irons”... GNBT S-1, NGIO spin, BARDA/CEPI funding?
Dunno... anyone have experience that would guide us on what this tells us?
