The salaries of people like NP are EXORBITANTLY high, and they could choose to defer some of that in order to hire the highly skilled people they need to navigate these shark infested BP waters. THAT would be good leadership. Yes yes...NP has done some very good things, but he is being paid FAR too much (over $100,000/month) for a company this size. I think that is another reason why financiers may not be flocking to CYDY...they are top heavy in salary while further dilution looms.
And yes, I am VERY appreciative of what NP did with selling his shares to help make some payments that CYDY had to make recently, but again, it shows the overall problem...high salaries, low (ok, non-existant) income. Money must be spent wisely. If CYDY tanks (and it won't), NP is still a VERY rich man, and it would be at the expense of the company because they didn't have the money needed to further trials or hire people who could have moved the ball farther/faster.
