I agree with you and it's funny that people like you are saying this now, as I have said it for about a year and got slammed every time by people saying how NP was doing the best he could and how no one could do better (which is a joke). Just because someone is doing the best they can does not mean they are the best person for the job, and NP has NOT surrounded himself with people who are highly skilled in these matters (such as high level negotiations), as a more forward thinking but less experienced CEO would do.
As I have also said in the past, you do want me as your entertainment attorney, but not as your tax attorney, because although I COULD learn tax, it is not what I specialize in and would suggest you find someone more capable than me in that area of law.
The CEO doesn't have to know how to do everything, but they MUST surround themselves with a team who DOES know how to do the things that they do not. That is just CEO 101 thinking...common sense, unless one believes they know everything. Not saying NP thinks that, but again, his inner circle is lacking some serious skills here to take us to the next level as quickly and efficiently as they might.
