If 13 out of 17 placebo patients survive then only one death is permitted in the leronlimab arm.
The small sample size is risky.
Is there a similar simulator that can handle the parameterized portion of the trial? Each patient is evaluated as to several secondary endpoints, either as a binary result or a scalar result. Do you know of a simulator, like the Wolphram two sample binomial simulator, that could be used for the parameterized part of the trial?
And I guess wonder if binary results on the five secondary endpoints can be aggregated some how by combining the binary result of all five secondary endpoints even in the situation that a single endpoint does not have binary transitions for most of the patients.
