If I had a solid date it would be problematic as the SEC would not approve of me being privy to that information. However we can reason that A) Doc as a director has major sway over the time frame. 
The company is preparing for launch and waiting on Doc to file any day now. C) There has been mention of the EU phase beginning sometime in Q3 2020 which begins in 3 weeks. Seemingly Doc has to go current sometime this month and my money is on it happen sooner than later. Medicare could already be approved and we just do not know it as was the case with the Doctor on Demand application. The other possibility is that Doc has a time and date set up with Medicare and he is lining up filings, uplist and Medicare to hit at the same time. We shall soon see.
