This other drug is delivered by IV and is for severe cases. I continue to feel that the mild to medium lane is for Leronlimab to grab all by itself, and no IV required. Sure, it would be great to have the severe lane by ourselves too, and we might, but our focus and excitement should imo be on the m to m - at least until HIV is approved and cancer gets BTD!
