Remember one of biggest reasons Netflix got into issues with studios was the rights they had negotiated up front had limitations to what regions they could take the movies to (ie in house content... so when Netflix had there expansion plans...they kept running into distribution issues... so if this hurtle is dealt with upfront NTEK with both...you have Movies/Content that can cross broaders with "NO ISSUES" and then you have a lineup that can't your covered.... good plan!! I think they are all over all this!!!
