I hope DECN is victorious. It is win-win-win-win for DECN, Berman, consumers and shareholders.
That said, and even in our lawsuit filled world, to think that recovery of loss (what loss, sell your shares) or damages from a complainant to the SEC is just plain wrong. Wrong on many levels.
Bottom line. Unless DECN brings its GenViro to market it’s Game Over for DECN. And IMO thankfully so. Hopefully some white knight might swoop in to value the technology. Unfortunately it will likely be at a discount to true value.
So DECN either going to put up or shut up. Put up and IMO the company will be sold to the highest bidder. Shut up and the company might be snatched up at a deep, deep discount.
The ending is on Berman and IMO he already knows how it plays out. One ending creates a lasting legacy, the other not so much.
Let’s see. Should be coming to a conclusion shortly.
