What I disliked was how you said you see no reason

"IF the company signs a serious with a real production company in the next 3-4 weeks (and I see no reason for this not to happen) then I see the share price going to $1 or more."
In my opinion there are numerous reasons for why a deal, any deal, can be delayed or just fall through entirely. Also, I would assume that for NanoLogix there may be other more specific hurdles, for instance the purported intransigence of the medical testing industry to think outside of the PCR box.
When I downvoted you twice recently (I think I've only done it three times ever, including today) it was because I thought you were hyping the technology a bit too much for something that is totally under wraps to the investing public at the moment. And I'm not saying they shouldn't be playing their cards close to their chest. All I am saying is I'm not inclined to get too, too enthused when I hear a couple labcoats say something positive about their invention.
As an FYI I have held a long position (never a short position) since 2015, and I recently picked up some more shares (albeit not many) this winter. I don't have a problem with tempered enthusiasm (I am long in this stock after all) but what I don't like is what I perceive to be borderline hype.
