We have a problem with shorters and paid bashers against TECO. It is easy to see, just watch the tape and the L2 for a day. A short squeeze of great proportion will happen when the volume really kicks off. This thing can rocket quickly. I watched it go from .04 to .13 in 3 hours last year before the GOB rained on our party.
