I agree that it is very likely to get approved.
Normally, I would vote to support the increase, as I believe that it is prudent to have the headroom. However, I am considering voting "no". Simply as a message to the BOD and mgmt that I do not approve of their BTD share giveaway (as I have written about in past posts) and the subsequent lawsuit it provoked (which was an obvious outcome).
Worst case, it does not get approved and they have to solicit additional support. But ultimately, it will get approved b/c there is no other alternative to ultimately getting it approved (even if non-dilutive financing comes in, a company should never be handicapped in terms of A/S headroom).
