Honest questions for those who understand these things way better than I do:
If the share increase vote isn’t until after NP’s estimated/predicted release of our trial data & possible approval by mid July, what does the timing of that vote say about NP’s prediction? My brain tells me this would be something done to prepare for the company hitting the main stage and yet it’s set for about the same time or even after. That confuses me as someone still pretty new to all this.
And then could this be up-list related? Necessary to position the company for a new exchange? If so, that would push expectations of an announcement out through July, right?
These are the investing tea leaves that I don’t yet know how to read.
