I don't think we will hear about it for some time (a few weeks to a month or more) - although I have been wrong before. Nader indicated it was a non-binding term sheet, and they were evaluating three or four others (including one big pharma). A non-binding term sheet is an agreement to have a discussion which likely includes a non-disclosure. Further, Cytodyn needs to be careful not to tip their hand on the terms of one term sheet to second courting distributor. With multiple courting distributors it is a bit of a poker game (assuming that is not a bluff in itself).
The point is that they are best keeping the cards close to the vest for a while.
