Seeing more new employees joining VERB
Must be the result of all the hiring they've been doing this year
One Exec that joined in June came from LogMeIn
LogMeIn went public in 2009 raising $107M
LogMeIn bought Jive Communications for $357 million in 2018
Jive is a collaboration tool
LogMeIn also has GoToMeeting which is their conferencing tool you probably heard their commercials before
In December LogMeIn agreed to be acquired by Francisco Partners and Evergreen for $4.3B
In March shareholders approved it. Deal pending closure mid 2020
Now why would a guy move from one coast to the other?
I'm assuming he moved
