One of VERB largest clients has digitalized it's Welcome Kit which I thought was interesting
When someone enrolls as a new brand partner they receive a text message and an email with a link to the digitalized welcome kit. Wonder if it is that magic link? They will still also receive the physical package in the mail.
They also had free enrollment in April and May. Also reduced their enrollment fee from $50 to $29.95 in the US. Canada is still free with a minimum purchase.
Their big international convention this year is virtual but still 4 days. Priced right at $29 so less expensive than the previous years in person. Capped at 3,000 people though.
I'm thinking if they waived their signup fees the last few months, might be more new app users in Q2
