June 4. Excellent progress today for $ECOX with a 3rd PR and significant loading for the first time.
The several traders who had been bidding at unrealistic levels for several days in the .0770 > .0901 range got left behind today unless they hit the ask.
Long-term followers who remember when this was in the .2000 > .3500 range realized how little was owned at a cost basis in the .1000 > .3500 range and hit the ask or bid aggressively throughout the day - knowing how difficult it would be to get even 50K shares by .2000 - let alone 100K.
The new opening bid at .1000 did - of course - not get any fills as only a few people have shares in the .1000 > .2000 range and nobody has any significant amount from below .1000.
Largest buy of the day was 80K at .1050 followed by 25K at .1200.
Overall, 179,662 shares were loaded in the .1050 > .1400 - on the first day of any significant trading of the new company.
Closed up 43% at .1300.l

Buys on the ask would easily get $ECOX into the .2000 > .5000 range - and perhaps most of the way up to $1 - depending how many legacy pre-r/s holders with small amounts at a cost basis .5 / .6 did not sell for a loss over the last 20 months.
A relatively few number of shareholders - less than 5 - are known - by process of elimination - to control a significant proportion of the shares with a cost basis .1000 > .2000.
Within that, very little is held with a cost basis in the .1000 > .2000 range.
