Called Novitas again regarding status of Medicare found out a few more things...
-Doc has submitted 3 forms
-Form 855B
-Form EFT: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Medicare can send payments directly to a provider's financial institution.
-Form CMS-20134: Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP) Suppliers (CMS-20134 Form).
All 3 of those forms doc submitted. He has 30 days to revise any changes they need if not the application gets denied and he has to start over. Seems to me like the application is being worked out but they would not confirm or deny if the applications development revisions were responded to by Doc.
