I suspect much of this is a fluid conversation bet

I suspect much of this is a fluid conversation between Cytodyn and the FDA. If the FDA is in fact in deep discussions with us about getting our trials complete and submitted, they could have easily swayed us away from that trial by suggesting that it wasn't necessary.
