Not for some people. It would mean that Berman won and that is not to be tolerated. That's what brought this about in the first place. On April 23 DECN was one of 27 companies suffering trading suspension -- something that can be appealed and was. But that was not acceptable to the cabal, who wanted DECN closed down and Berman thrown in jail.
Even as I write this post the cabal, with at least one member who posts here, is attempting to influence and manipulate the SEC. For them it just never stops and won't until DECN is put out of business by the SEC and/or the FDA. But the FDA passed, leaving only the SEC and their man Fredo. There is always someone who practices the rule of the bigger fool. And that's Fredo. He took the cabal's bait and swallowed it whole. That's why the DECN shareholder letter to the SEC is so important and will have huge effect with the SEC adults in upper management It is not the SEC's job to protect non-shareholding trouble makers. Singularity of purpose is a great trait except when it is singularity of evil purpose. Several at the SEC will wake up, if they haven't already, and realize that the cabal in addition to being cyber criminals, are also full time stock manipulators. That is their day job. And that will be the knock knock moment. Give it 45 days.
