Of course I hope there's a deal. But, it sounds like there are just a couple of confidentiality agreements -- which just means NNLX will tell someone about its technology. It could progress to a deal eventually ... or not. Or am I missing something? Confidentiality agreements as you know are pretty routine at the start (not finish) of a process.
