The cost of NYSE is staggeringly higher than NASDAQ and I will be miffed if they pay NYSE $500k to get in and then again each year for perpetuity.
Besides, I doubt if the NYSE can be negotiated with so it makes me happy thinking it will be NASDAQ, lol.
1. FDA Approval
2. Higher stock price
3. More cash in hand from warrant conversion
4. Fat cash up front for overseas distribution agreement
I am sort of hung up on that supply chain thang...
