11.5M loaded .0020 > .0032 - majority at .0029 > .0032 - including a 1M buy at .0030 and multiple 300K > 800K buys on the ask.
The Unrestricted O/S - all that matters for immediate trading is less than 324M shares - thin for a stock in the .01 > .1 price range - hence why it is so thin to the upside.
Another factor is that the long-term repeat traders of it did not buy much in the .01 > .0030 range when it was manipulated down by nonsense and the impatient towards end-2019 tax year.
