As far as I can see, it really just matters how strong the leronlimab group separates from the placebo group as to the placebo group regarding the total score and whether that separation is stat significant.
I hope that if the results are strong, together with positive data from the severe trial, will suffice for EUA, perhaps with a Phase 4 requirement...
I hope that the statisticians on this board like Rex, TechGuru will weigh in and crunch some numbers during the following weeks and propose different scenarios.
