NP's Game Plan:
Latest comments lead me to propose the following scenario with high probability:
- NP wants to get uplisted
- NP wants to minimize dilution
- Many conversations with Govt and some new public exchange
- Manufacturing w/Samsung done
- Large distributor for COVID is almost done
- KEY to above is completing trials with excellent results
Government guidance:
- Stop eINDs and focus on finishing trials
- Definition of finishing trials has been discussed, consistent with current protocol options, e.g. unblind after 50 patients in 2/3b
- Government grant has been applied for but is probably on hold until trial results are good and made public
Uplisting to a new Exchange:
- Discussions and applications are in process with exchange(s)
- Exchanges are probably helping with needed DD ahead of results and funding as this could be one of the most prestigious companies to get listed
- Leronlimab approval with "federal grant" will allow listing and no (or minor) dilution
KEY is getting through the trials and I think we all know that there is a high probability of getting through that by mid to end of July!
