Occasionally there is some sort of short attack, not now though.
I feel like I'm repeating myself endlessly, but the cause of the share price not really moving up is: warrant holders converting=> selling shares to reduce risk or finance the conversion.
Warrantholders supply > demand from new shareholders.
That's all.
Has been going on forever and will continue to do so. Alas. Patience.
