all these are very good questions that I mostly do not have an answer for.
However, here is my "2 cents" on what could be the reason why GNBT is not filing the S1 yet.
So assume it is exactly as Joe stated, the NGIO S1 is basically empty/clean, there is little to nothing to review. So, best case scenario, the SEC looks at it and immediately approves it, on the same day, or within a couple of days. Now, all is cleared for NGIO to go public.
Is it possible that this would be such a material change to the GNBT/NGIO that this would require - for formal reasons - to restart the BARDA application process? Since Joe and his team are in very regular (daily) contact with BARDA they can assume to very soon receive the approval from BARDA (and then it takes another day, and yet another day, ,,, but for sure tomorrow, they promise ... and then again and again, it gets postponed, and GNBT is not able to do anything about it.), which is why they have not yet filed the S1, in order to get one thing done first - BARDA application, and then do the next thing, S1 filing followed by Nasdaq listing of NGIO.
Why is there no progress on the GNBT Uplisting?
1) Same as above.
2) share price is not where it has to be, in order to even have the option. But some BIG NEWS (e.g. BARDA funding) could do the trick.
3) Why is the S1 filing not yet approved? Well, I do not know, but I am actually quite happy in the current situation, that it is not, because, then Joe does not even have the option to tap into that kind of funding at these low share prices!!
4) The S1 funding might not even be necessary anymore should GNBT/NGIO be awarded a significant amount of funding, and as a consequence of that might become the first to have a FDA approved and mass produced vaccine. Which would spill so much cash into their pockets that they would surely not need to worry about lack of funding for all their other businesses.
Hylander, I guess what you should be doing is to RELAX yourself. Stopp being obsessed with GNBT, needing to comment on every post on this message board, with over and over and over and over again the same statements.
I see enough positive indicators that GNBT's time will come, and until then I will remain patient, knowing that the fortunes that I will make with this investment are already on its way, they just have not YET arrived.
